a business that feels likeHomeand runs like one.

I experience what a small business does best, the way its customers do. And when I love it, I can't help but share it with everyone I care about. Then I build the quiet systems behind your voice, so your message goes out sounding like you, and you never have to overthink it.

See what I do

Nothing here is theory. Every system I build, I run in my own home and business first, and I keep tuning it until I'd trust it with my own family's week.

What I do

two halves ofOne promise

The feel. It starts at the front door. What someone sees first, what she holds in her hand, where she wants to stay a little longer. The words, the pictures, sometimes the rooms: each gets tuned until the right person feels known the moment she arrives.

The function. Behind every beautiful business is an inbox that never empties and a list of people waiting to hear back. Quiet AI tools and workflows carry that weight, written in your voice and edited to your taste. Nothing loud. Nothing that sounds like a machine. Just a week that holds together, and your time back.

The edit

Most of what I do is knowing what to cut, and why. A few examples of how I edit, written for this page, not lifted from client work.

Elevate your wellness journey.

Look like yourself, on purpose.

WhyYour client hears “elevate” ten times a day. Plain words sound expensive.

How I work

  1. Listen first

Your vision before mine. The best version of your business already exists in pieces.

  2. Walk it as her

I move through it as the client you most want. Usually, I am her.

  3. Edit

Less, but meaningful. Every word and every photo earns its place.

  4. Make it run

Then I build what keeps it running, and I tune it until I'd buy it myself.

Small things I notice first

  • The first sentence of your welcome email.
  • The photo at the top of the page.
  • Whether a new inquiry hears back by evening.
  • Who never heard back at all.

About

I make a business feel likeHome

A leather reading chair beside a bookshelf and a vintage telephone
Northern Migration, Michigan

If a business is a house, I'm not the one who draws the blueprint. Think of me as the one who makes it a home people want to live in, and the one who remembers to change the filters.

Self taught and Cincinnati based. Most of the time I'm the exact customer my clients hope to reach, so I don't guess at her. Every piece gets designed as her, and tuned until I'd buy it myself.

I'm a connector at heart. If I'm not the right person for a piece of it, I'll tell you plainly, and I'll know who is.

How I take work. A few businesses at a time, and only ones I believe in. You'll hear plainly, and kindly, what isn't working. I hope you'll do the same for me.

The people I bring in. When a brand needs more hands, or an event, I bring in people I trust.

Social & events
The Lane Content Co., Lane Sanders's content and brand studio. I bring Lane in for clients whose social needs to run week to week.
Event setup
My own crew to build event spaces up and take them down.
Events & menus
Chef David Miller, for event catering and custom menus.
